All of our products are made using fabrics that are upcycled/ locally sourced/ hand woven/ hand-dyed and due to it's hand-made nature, there could be variations in the feel of the fabric, construction, color and technique of the actual product. Kindly bear this in mind while placing your order.

If a product you receive has any dissimilarities from the product description (due to the above-mentioned reasons), the only solution will be to return it in an unused condition. All the content on this website, including the product descriptions and the prices is subject to change without prior notice.


Due to the hand-crafted nature of most of our products, they should only be dry-cleaned.


We are committed to protecting all the information you share with us. Our website encrypts your credit card number and other personal information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to provide for the secure transmission of all data. Only those employees who need access to your information in order to complete orders and other duties are given access. If they are found in violation of our privacy policies strict action with be taken against them in an endeavour to protect your confidential information and data. We do not store/capture any card details.


For products that are marked as Ready-To-Ship we will dispatch them from our studio .


For products that are made to order we will dispatch them from our studio within the prescribed time mentioned under the product description.

Orders are processed and shipped between 3-15 working days (not including Weekends and Public Holidays) depending on the nature of your chosen product. The approximate time for dispatch of a product will be mentioned in their description for your understanding.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY : Shipping within India

Shipping within India is chargeable and will be mentioned when you reach the checkout. Delivery to major cities usually takes 1 to 3 days . For smaller cities we require 3 to 5 days of delivery time. Kindly note that we will not be able to dispatch products as per schedule if there are any incomplete addresses or incorrect contact details. 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY : International Shipping

International Shipping Charges are based on your order value. We will ship your purchase via courier services as applicable. 

You will be able to view the final shipping charges in your cart once you are ready to pay. Kindly note that post dispatch delivery times differ based on your location between 4 to 10 working days .

For international shipping, you may have to pay additional duty charges, if levied at the time of reaching your country. Dezinelifesocialwelfare Foundation takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders due to unsettled duty/tax charges, and will provide no refund for the same. If a customer decides to reject a parcel at the customs, dezinelifesocialwelfare foundation shall not be responsible for any refund.

If you wish to cancel you order please write to us at write to dezinelifefoundation@gmail.com. within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations after this duration will not be considered.

An order once placed during our Sale Event cannot be cancelled or exchanged. All purchases made during Sale Events are considered final.


Your standard purchase is eligible for Return or Exchange if you find that you have received an incorrect product from what you placed an order for OR if your product has a quality or manufacturing defect of any sort. You will need to notify us about this within 2 working days (48 hours) of receipt of the product, based on the day it has been delivered to you by your chosen method of delivery. Please write to us at writeto.together@gmail.com for any related issues.

Returned merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all the original tags intact.

Returns will be processed only once the merchandise has undergone a quality check on the receipt of the garment. 

The return package should not be damaged or missing any item and will also need to be approved by our quality checking team.

dezinelife socialwelfarefoundation holds the right to refuse any Return that does not comply with the above.

Please do not send any product without prior intimation. The cost of shipping for the products to be returned to our studio shall be borne by the customer. 

The cost of any exchange or return has to be borne by the customer.


A purchase made during our SALE EVENT cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have received a piece with manufacturing defects you need to let us know within 24 hours of receiving the  product. Our team will look into the issue and review it. The decision to deem it fit for an exchange lies with the team at Dezinelifesocialwelfare Foundation. 


For any returns from overseas, please note that all paperwork and the the return box must be clearly marked as “returned goods- no commercial value” to ensure the order is returned to us quickly with no extra charges.


Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any bespoke or customised item unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Dezinelife social welfare Foundation reserves the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer. 


We do not offer a refund on any purchases.
